Booking and Prices
Winnow Cottage is available all year
A full week is from Friday to Friday
3 night short breaks are available between Friday to Friday
The cottage is available from 3pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
Please note the maximum occupancy of the cottage is 4 persons, plus one baby and must never exceed the amount booked.
Winnow Cottage is a ‘no smoking’ cottage. Smoking is not allowed inside at any time.
A £100 good housekeeping deposit is payable on arrival. This will be returned at the end of the stay if everything is in order.
Pets are accepted by prior arrangement. An extra charge of £10 per dog (regardless of the length of stay) will be made. Guide dogs or hearing dogs are free of charge.

Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is payable at the time of booking.
Full payment is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Electricity, gas, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.
